Five day tricycle week

For the first time this summer I managed to ride my tricycle to work and home again every day. Sixteen miles round trip, eighty miles for the week.

Never hit by a car and no heart attack. I did get rained on while going home Thursday, but it stopped before I got home.

How long does the trip take?

It takes about one hour to an hour and a quarter into work (uphill) and about 45 minutes home (downhill). Since I work in an environmental office, people humor me getting into work all sweaty.
